I’m a researcher and strategist who loves storytelling.

Currently I work as a consultant at Stripe Partners, where I specialise in leading teams of researchers and designers in multi-country projects, helping my clients understand where to play and what to build. I do this for “technology-led businesses”—from tech giants to small startups and all points in between.

I’m skilled at ethnography, qualitative research, workshop facilitation, and delivering customer-focussed strategy to global brands, such as these.

As a writer, I am currently in charge of the Stripe Partners newsletter, Frames. Here we apply social science academic frameworks to business and technology challenges. I write some of these, and commission / edit all of them.
